Questions I can Address...

What’s included in your online coaching program?

You’ll receive a customized workout program with video demonstrations and thorough coaches’ notes for every exercise, so you never feel confused about what to do. Your plan also includes tailored macros, nutrition guidance and recipes designed to match your exact calorie and macro targets, plus bi-weekly in-app check-ins to keep you accountable and progressing. You’ll also have direct communication with me and my team through the app (text, voice notes and video messages), along with access to the private women’s community for extra support.

What if my schedule is unpredictable?

Your plan is built for your life. You work out at the time that works best for you, there are no virtual meet-ups or scheduled calls. Your workouts, macros and recipes are always ready for you inside the app. And if your routine shifts, we adjust your programming so you can stay consistent without feeling stressed or behind.

How are payments handled?

Once you accept your offer email, you’ll be prompted to review and sign your coaching agreement. After that, you’ll be directed to securely enter your card information to lock in your spot. Your card will stay on file for future billing—just like any other subscription—making your monthly payments automatic, simple, and stress-free.

How is this different from a challenge or workout plan I can buy online?

Upon signing up, you’ll complete an in-app questionnaire so I can create a plan made precisely for YOU. Your body, your goals, your schedule and your equipment. This isn’t a cookie-cutter program. Plus, you get real time communication with my team and I. Access to a private community, giving you the guidance, accountability and support that generic online plans simply can’t offer.

What’s the time commitment?

I offer a variety of commitment options: 4, 8 and 12 months so you can choose what fits your goals and lifestyle best. Once you complete your initial term, you automatically roll over to a month-to-month plan. If you ever need to cancel, you simply provide a 30-day notice.
